Join other mothers in these bi-weekly, coach-facilitated neuroscience-informed sessions where we will learn practical tools, share experiences and help you find and build the family life you crave.

Realms & Revelations:
Coach Scaffolded DnD for Teens
Teens play Dungeons & Dragons in a creative, supportive environment where they build confidence, connection, and a strong sense of belonging. Between sessions, the Game Master and Coach meet individually with each player to help them carry the skills, insights, and confidence they practice in the game into their everyday lives and personal goals.

Connection Lab: Understanding Neurotypes
Attend on your own or with someone you care about - a parent, child, partner, colleague, or friend - to learn more about the neuroscience of neurotypes, develop skills and understanding to help you keep in connection even when things feel hard.
In person in Montreal on January 28 from 6pm-8:30pm.
